I just wanted to let you know how you took the anxious out of ordering from the internet. My headpiece was the first item I ordered from the internet. I was a little skeptical and had a back up plan if it didn't work out. I just wanted to say I was quite impressed with how professional everything was handled. It took less time for me to get it then it would have through a catalog I was going to order it from, and it was a lot less money. I have been in the customer service industry for over ten years, and it was such a pleasure to finally deal with such professionalism. The headpiece was perfect and just what I wanted.
