Satisfaction Guarantee - (A Warm and Fuzzy Feeling)
- Return Policy:
- Returned veils need to be shipped within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please include a copy of your packing slip with your return. We will be glad to refund the amount you paid for your veil regardless of the reason for the return. A $5.00 restocking charge per item will be deducted from your refund. Please note: Veils which have been worn, soiled, or damaged are not be refundable.
- Regarding Delivery Time:
- Your order will ship within 10 days after receiving your Master Card or Visa account information. We ship all orders via Priority Mail which takes approximately 3 working days to arrive at your doorstep.
- Shipping Charges:
- Shipping is only $4.25, regardless of the size of your order!
- Catalog Requests:
- We have discontinued our catalog now that we have all of our items on our website. This allows us the opportunity to remove and add items which are new and keeps our stock up to date at all times.
- About us:
- We opened our business in 1983 offering veils at reduced prices to brides in the San Francisco Bay Area. When the internet seemed to be a source to investigate we decided to drastically reduce our prices and show our items via a website to brides nationwide. This website became so popular that we closed the store about six years ago. We then added the above Satisfaction Guarantee so veil and/or headpiece orders which are not perfect for your gown can be returned!
